Community Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Jerry.ai is building an all‑in‑one app to simplify car ownership. We need a Community Engagement Coordinator who can authentically represent the brand on the platforms where our users discuss finance, insurance, and repairs, and turn those conversations into trusted community spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Develop a community playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategies, and moments to stay silent.
• Expand and nurture Jerry‑focused subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that retains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
• Track and report on sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• Platform‑native communicator with a genuine voice that resonates on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Strategic operator who builds repeatable systems rather than ad‑hoc tactics.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how large language models cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or “stressful” categories and foster long‑term trust.
