Community Assistant (Temporary) – Student Living

About the role

The Community Assistant will support the property management team at a student‑living community in Phoenix. This temporary, part‑time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting leasing activities, and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform office administration such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, and organizing rent payments.
• Answer resident calls, respond to online inquiries, and greet prospective renters.
• Conduct virtual tours, qualify prospects, and lead in‑person property tours and apartment showings.
• Assist with lease preparation by generating required paperwork and ensuring accuracy.
• Support sales and leasing goals to help achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
