Communications Supervising Associate

About the role

The Communications Supervising Associate will support EY's Ethics, Compliance & Risk Management function by strengthening internal communications. You will create and manage content that informs and engages employees, regulators, alumni and other key audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the function’s communication strategy in partnership with the Communications and Engagement team and multiple stakeholders.
• Identify content opportunities, collaborate with subject‑matter experts, secure reviews and approvals, and edit material as needed.
• Draft, edit and proofread internal news articles, newsletters, presentations and emails to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand compliance and high quality.
• Manage communication channels such as email distributions, newsletters, internal articles and the news page.
• Coordinate with creative services to deliver visual assets and other deliverables.
• Collect and analyse metrics on reach, engagement and performance to guide data‑driven decisions.
• Prioritise tasks and balance multiple deadlines to meet client commitments.

Required profile

• Strong ability to understand domain‑specific terminology and concepts.
• Proven experience collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams and stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, superior editing and proofreading skills.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
