Communications and Media Coordinator

About the role

The Dominican Province of St. Martin de Porres is seeking a Communications and Media Coordinator to lead internal and external communications aligned with its mission and brand. The role is part of the advancement team and works closely with provincial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy across newsletters, website, and social media.
• Serve as primary content manager for the province website, coordinating with the Communications Committee Chair.
• Create and execute a province‑wide marketing plan that conveys the mission, charism, and values to diverse audiences.
• Produce and manage multimedia content supporting development, vocation, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of communications efforts to provincial leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in strategic communications within a nonprofit or religious organization.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders, including the Prior Provincial and Communications Committee Chair.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
