Communication Specialist – Remote (US)

About the role

This remote Communication Specialist position supports high‑visibility initiatives for a partner organization in the United States. You will craft clear, engaging content across multiple digital channels, turning complex ideas into accessible messages that drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and deliver newsletters, alerts, customer letters, talking points, fact sheets, text messages, and other digital content.
• Collaborate with communication teams and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with audience needs, project goals, and brand standards.
• Manage individual communication projects from planning through execution, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Develop and execute email campaigns using visual editing tools while maintaining consistency across channels.
• Proofread and review all content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and overall presentation.
• Support additional communication initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience creating, writing, editing, and proofreading communications across multiple formats.
• Strong copywriting ability with experience adapting messages for diverse audiences and channels.
• Proven experience developing content for digital platforms, including email, websites, social media, and mobile alerts.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Effective collaboration with creative, design, and business stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
