Communication Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to create and manage dynamic content that supports our mission of delivering innovative electrical connection and protection solutions. The role will work across multiple channels to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop press releases, articles, social media posts, website copy, video scripts and presentations.
• Design visual storytelling assets, including multimedia presentations and graphics.
• Maintain communication workflows, file systems, distribution lists and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover stories and increase visibility of initiatives.
• Track and report performance metrics for public relations, content engagement and social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, digital media or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to align communications activities with business objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
