Communication & Content Strategist

About the role

Grassi is seeking a Communication & Content Strategist to join its marketing team. In this role you will create and manage high‑impact written content that strengthens the firm’s brand, supports growth, and showcases expertise across key industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop thought‑leadership pieces such as articles, white papers, case studies, and industry reports.
• Manage the firm’s award and recognition program, coordinating submissions with subject‑matter experts.
• Copy‑edit marketing assets, including sales collateral, website copy, and thought‑leadership content.
• Identify and repurpose existing content into new formats to extend reach.
• Maintain the firm‑wide editorial calendar, prioritising deadlines across teams.
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to promote content, award wins, and media coverage.
• Partner with marketing colleagues and firm leaders to ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging.

Required profile

• Experienced B2B writer with a strong grasp of professional‑services audiences.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling copy.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent editorial judgment.
• Proven track record of producing thought‑leadership and marketing content.
