Common Laborer – Construction Site

About the role

Archer Western Construction, LLC is hiring a Common Laborer for the Central Water – Doe Branch Project in Little Elm, Texas. The role involves performing physical tasks on commercial, industrial, and heavy‑civil construction sites while supporting crew members and maintaining site safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools such as drills and hammers as directed.
• Clean, prepare, and maintain construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment.
• Assist with site setup, material handling, and other duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable construction labor experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb scaffolding or ladders safely.
• Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions and comply with all safety policies.
• Strong work ethic, good manual dexterity, and ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
