About the role

Art.com is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and expand its business‑to‑business segment. You will be responsible for driving growth across hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and restaurant markets, positioning Art.com as the premier source of wall décor for professional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial sales strategy that delivers exponential B2B revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand reach through targeted outreach, partnerships, and industry networking.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and design professionals to make Art.com a preferred partner.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to align product assortments, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Source, engage, and close new business accounts using digital lead generation and independent outreach.
• Prepare tailored proposals that match customer objectives and design aesthetics.
• Manage pipelines, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce and internal reporting tools.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability and long‑term relationships.

Required profile
