Commercial Property Manager – On‑Site

About the role

We are a results‑driven real‑estate office in Tampa seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial property operations, from marketing rentals to lease negotiations and maintenance control.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, curb appeal, and overall condition.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including CAM reconciliations, escalations, and tenant‑improvement allowances.
• Provide strategic insights to owners that improve property performance and financial results.
• Accurately collect rent, prepare default notices, and manage delinquency processes.
• Anticipate and resolve tenant and operational issues proactively and professionally.
• Market vacant spaces, negotiate lease terms, and oversee maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Proven success managing commercial properties with strong references or recommendations.
• Experienced property manager comfortable handling all facets of commercial real‑estate operations.
• Notary certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tampa and collaborate with owners and tenants.
