About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets Strategic Business Unit in Texas. The associate will work alongside experienced attorneys handling complex commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Conduct depositions and assist with trial or arbitration preparation.
Engage in settlement negotiations and communicate case strategy to clients.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on case management and legal research.

Required profile

Active Texas bar license.
Three to five years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong academic credentials and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to community involvement.
