Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic, collaborative environment you will manage a portfolio of small and middle‑market commercial accounts, ranging from restaurants and contractors to manufacturing and dental offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of commercial lines accounts, primarily under $100,000 in premium.
• Quote new business and handle renewals efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management tasks.

Required profile

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum 1 + year of commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting (3 + years preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EPIC software (preferred but not mandatory).
