About the role

Alcon is seeking 2027 MBA students for a 10‑12 week full‑time Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) internship in Fort Worth. Interns will work on high‑impact projects across Pharma, Vision Care, and Surgical functions, contributing to marketing, commercial operations, and key account initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an end‑to‑end product launch communications playbook for US Vision Care, including stakeholder interviews, timeline analysis, and framework creation.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across US Vision Care key accounts by analyzing sales performance, e‑commerce data, and customer insights.
• Support US Pharma marketing efforts by crafting commercialization strategies, go‑to‑market plans, and market trend assessments.
• Conduct quantitative analyses, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a full‑time MBA program, graduating in 2027.
• Strong business acumen with experience in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project‑leadership abilities.
