Commercial Finance & Business Analytics Partner / Controller

About the role

The Commercial Finance & Business Analytics Partner / Controller will lead accounting and financial reporting while acting as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team. This hands‑on position blends core accounting duties with advanced analytics to drive profitability and operational performance for a fast‑growing cosmetics manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions: General Ledger, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, cash management.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and produce U.S. GAAP financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies and coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and financial reports that illuminate business performance.
• Analyze sales, customer profitability, product mix, manufacturing efficiency, operating expenses and working capital.
• Build sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Own pricing governance for new product launches, quotations and replenishment business.
• Identify and implement opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong accounting foundation with experience in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Exceptional analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and passion for building financial models and dashboards.
• Hands‑on, self‑motivated and comfortable partnering across finance, sales, operations and supply chain.
