Comfort Station Server

About the role

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Comfort Station Server for its Atlantic Fields location in Hobe Sound, FL. In this guest‑focused position you will create memorable moments by delivering premium coffee, specialty beverages, and snacks while maintaining an inviting and well‑stocked station.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve premium coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, and seasonal menu items.
• Provide menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.
• Complete opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing station.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate product needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months of food or guest service experience, preferably in a restaurant, café, country club, or resort.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; ability to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate.
• Familiarity with wines and beverages.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
