About the role
The Color Engineer is independently responsible for colour control of aesthetic mass‑produced products in Mexico. This role ensures that all products meet established colour standards, develops pigment recipes and provides support for colour‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain colour standards for mass‑produced items.
- Develop and adjust pigment recipes to meet design specifications.
- Handle colour NG (non‑good) issues, including investigation and resolution.
- Adjust pigment formulations to optimise colour consistency.
- Support internal teams and customers with colour‑related queries.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of colour quality.
