College Services Coordinator - Student Affairs

About the role

The College Services Coordinator supports the Student Affairs division of the State of Georgia by managing daily operational functions across multiple technical colleges. You will ensure compliance with Title IV, Satisfactory Academic Progress, verification, and professional judgement processes while collaborating with campus partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance functions for several colleges, including return to Title IV (r2t4), SAP appeals, and verification tasks.
• Assist with form edits and creation in CampusLogic StudentForms.
• Process C‑flags such as unusual enrollment histories.
• Handle professional judgement appeals and dependency overrides.
• Review SAP appeals to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other student‑affairs related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
• 5‑10 years of experience using Banner for financial‑aid processing of r2t4, verification, and SAP.
• 2+ years building custom forms in CampusLogic.
• 2‑5 years processing verifications with CampusLogic StudentForms.
• 5 years reviewing SAP appeals and performing professional judgements.
