About the role

Join an elite network of undergraduate coaches who guide high‑school students through college admissions, career exploration, and future planning. You will work remotely, meeting students virtually and supporting them with personalized advice.

Key responsibilities

Maintain at least 5 hours of weekly availability for virtual student meetings.
Respond to student or parent messages within 24 hours and record progress in the dashboard.
Participate in ongoing training, webinars, and optional workshops.

Required profile

Current undergraduate (2‑year or 4‑year) graduating no earlier than 2027, GPA ≥ 3.4.
Strong written and verbal communication, self‑starter attitude, and reliable background check.

Required skills

Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and basic online dashboard tools.

What we offer

$200 per semester base pay plus $35 / hour for completed meetings.
