CoC CE Coordinator – Southeast Region

About the role

The Coordinated Entry (CE) System Coordinator supports the Department of Community Affairs in managing the HUD‑required Coordinated Entry System for the Southeast region of Georgia. Working within the Office of Housing Stability & Innovation, you will ensure that families and individuals receive timely, equitable access to housing resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Coordinated Entry System for the Balance of State (BoS) region.
• Collaborate with the BoS CoC Board of Directors and Continuum of Care partners to maintain compliance with HUD regulations.
• Monitor data entry, case tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Facilitate training and technical assistance for staff and community partners.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to state leadership.

Required profile

• Experience working in housing, community development, or related public‑service environments.
• Strong understanding of HUD Coordinated Entry requirements and Continuum of Care processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HUD Coordinated Entry guidelines.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of housing stability programs and policies.
