CNC Operator – 3rd Shift Production

About the role

We are expanding our state‑of‑the‑art Solid Carbide Drills facility in Greer, South Carolina and are looking for dedicated CNC Operators to join the 3rd‑shift team in a fully air‑conditioned production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines in the OD Grind Department.
• Support high‑performance tooling production with precision and efficiency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance to keep equipment running optimally.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a passion for craftsmanship.
• Minimum two years of experience in machining or grinding.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus.
• Familiarity with routine machine maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications.
