CNC Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role

Join a modern, air‑conditioned production facility in Greer, South Carolina, as a CNC Operator on the 3rd shift. You will work in the Geometry Grind Department, supporting the manufacturing of high‑performance solid carbide tools.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate 5‑axis CNC machines for grinding and machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to ensure precise tool production.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to keep equipment running at optimal performance.
• Monitor production quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in machining, grinding, or related manufacturing processes.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and GD&T symbols.
