CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift (Austin, TX)

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift at its Austin, Texas facility. You will join a growing machine shop team that supports the production of medical‑technology components, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple CNC machines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Inspect machined parts against specifications and report non‑conforming product.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and Quality Management System procedures.
• Report safety incidents, follow safety requirements, and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Meet daily production targets for the assigned work area.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience setting up and running CNC machines.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and understand G‑code and M‑code programming.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Self‑starter, driven, and eager to grow within the company.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull up to 50 lb and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Full‑time work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
