CNC Machine Programming Supervisor

About the role
Enovis is seeking a CNC Machine Programming Supervisor to lead the CNC programming function at its Austin, Texas manufacturing site. The role involves directing daily programming activities, optimizing CNC code, and ensuring machining processes meet strict quality and regulatory standards for orthopedic implant components.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support CNC programmers and machining support staff.
- Oversee CNC programming to meet production schedules, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop, edit, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, DMG MORI equipment, and other machining tools.
- Review programs for accuracy, repeatability, quality, and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance.
Required profile
- Hands‑on leader with strong technical CNC programming expertise.
- Experience in a regulated, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machining challenges and coach team members.
