CNA and PCT Program Director

About the role

The State of Georgia seeks a Program Director to lead the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT) programs at Chattahoochee Technical College. Reporting to the Dean of Nursing, you will oversee both credit and non‑credit offerings across multiple campuses and partner sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and expand CNA and PCT curricula, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Teach Certified Nurse Aide and Allied Health Sciences courses as scheduled.
• Conduct clinical audits, monitor supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with state credentialing requirements.
• Maintain student records, documentation, and reports related to program outcomes.
• Visit all instructional locations, including secondary and industry partner sites, to ensure program quality.

Required profile

• Experience in nursing or allied health education, preferably at the college level.
• Demonstrated ability to develop curricula and assess student learning outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple sites and documentation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, motor vehicle record review, and reference verification.
