Clubhouse Line Cook

About the role

The Clubhouse Line Cook will join the Food and Beverage Culinary Department at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, supporting the creation of memorable dining experiences for members and guests. This full‑time position works in a luxury resort environment, handling a variety of ingredients and cooking styles.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assigned stations with proper mise en place for service.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes provided by the Executive Chef.
• Cook food to established quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Monitor food temperatures, equipment operation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory alerts, and receiving deliveries.
• Work across multiple stations including line, salad, prep, and specialty stations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, efficient workflow and minimize waste.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training (preferred).
• At least 1 year of line or prep cook experience in fine‑dining, luxury resort, or private club settings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
