About the role

Infosys is seeking a Cloud DevOps Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead projects within its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit. The role focuses on delivering cloud‑based solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving innovation for clients in these sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, coordinating meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and domain‑specific system configuration.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, maintaining quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks, govern scope, and identify additional project opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong risk‑management mindset with a focus on delivering projects on schedule.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions while balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

Required skills

• Cloud Platform – Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, MySQL administration, table structures and data relationships.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Hands‑on experience in product design and development.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
