Cloud DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech platform looking for a senior‑level Cloud DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to own and evolve our core infrastructure. You will design cloud architecture, build reusable CI/CD pipelines, and enforce observability and security standards across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS‑based cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and operate container orchestration environments, ensuring Docker isolation works at the kernel level.
• Create reusable, policy‑as‑code CI/CD pipelines with integrated linting, security scanning, and compliance checks.
• Drive observability practices, implementing metrics, tracing, and logging as a disciplined function.
• Evaluate and justify architecture decisions based on performance, security, cost, and ROI.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed best‑practice standards into daily workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and production‑grade distributed systems.
• Proven ability to think beyond configuration and enforce standards at scale.
• Interest in AI workload infrastructure is a plus.
