Cloud DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech platform looking for a Cloud DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure. You will design, build and enforce the systems that keep our services reliable, secure and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud architecture on AWS, including Terraform‑defined infrastructure.
• Develop and operate reusable CI/CD pipelines with full code‑to‑cloud ownership.
• Enforce standards in the pipeline such as linters, security scanning and policy‑as‑code (e.g., OPA).
• Implement and drive observability practices across distributed production systems.
• Make architecture decisions based on performance, security, cost and ROI.
• Collaborate on future AI workload infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles.
• Deep understanding of Docker isolation mechanisms (cgroups, namespaces) at the kernel level.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Terraform, Python and Linux in production environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines as reusable systems.
• Experience enforcing standards and policies in pipelines (e.g., OPA, OpenTelemetry).
