Clinical Technician – TMS & Esketamine Support

About the role

The Clinical Technician (TMS) plays a key role in delivering advanced interventional treatments for psychiatric and neurological conditions at Salma Health. This onsite position supports Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments, including SAINT TMS, and may assist with Esketamine (Spravato), EEG procedures, and cognitive testing.

Key responsibilities

• Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols in accordance with clinical and safety standards, documenting patient responses in the EHR.
• Prepare treatment rooms, calibrate equipment, and ensure patient readiness for each session while communicating effectively with providers.
• Assist with setup, observation, documentation, and patient monitoring during Esketamine (Spravato) treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and research teams to ensure quality, compliance, and participation in data collection activities.

Required profile

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow detailed clinical protocols, and adapt to dynamic care environments.
• Professionalism, reliability, and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• TMS equipment operation and SAINT TMS protocol administration.
• EHR data entry and documentation.
• Equipment calibration and preparation of treatment rooms.
• Esketamine (Spravato) setup, observation, and patient monitoring.
