Clinical Team Leader

About the role

CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a Clinical Team Leader to guide and support Care Advocates and the Clinical Management Team within its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) call center. This full‑time position combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure high‑quality mental health services for employees and plan sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Management with day‑to‑day EAP call‑center operations, including queue management, productivity tracking, quality of service delivery, documentation, and staff scheduling.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation to Care Advocates.
• Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services to resolve complex service inquiries.
• Support quality assurance activities such as call monitoring, documentation review, and case audits.
• Communicate with plan sponsors regarding EAP/MHSA service delivery.
• Train new Care Advocates and deliver ongoing training on new services, products, and accounts.
• Deliver assessment, consultation, and referral services to employees/members via telephone and other access points.
• Perform timely follow‑up with members, plan sponsors, and providers to coordinate resources and evaluate service impact.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental‑health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
• Minimum five years of post‑graduate clinical experience.
• Active independent clinical state license (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Previous supervisory or management experience, including training, goal setting, and performance improvement, or at least one year of Care Advocate experience.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
