Clinical Support Specialist – Manhattan

About the role

Philips is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide frontline customer support for its clinical imaging products. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, managing escalations, and delivering education to customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical subject‑matter expert, handling phone, email and chat inquiries and resolving product issues independently.
• Own the escalation process from intake to resolution, coordinating cross‑functional support and escalating high‑severity cases to senior leadership.
• Partner with technical, engineering and development teams to investigate complex issues, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide clinical education, training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to improve product use and operational performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of PACS implementation/administration, healthcare technical support or radiology experience.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• High school diploma, vocational education or a bachelor’s degree; ARRT or CIIP certification highly preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of DICOM and/or HL7 protocols.
• Familiarity with Vue PACS.
