Clinical Sales Specialist – Spine

About the role

The Clinical Sales Specialist will support surgeons and hospitals in the Seattle territory by providing clinical and logistical expertise for orthopedic spinal procedures. You will act as the sole company representative in the operating room, ensuring equipment availability and optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the operating room, delivering clinical and technical support for spinal surgeries.
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistics for surgical instruments and implants.
• Maintain and track equipment assets across the assigned area to ensure product availability.
• Share procedural insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to drive solution improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) or recent active‑military transition.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel, including weekends and overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions.
• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating‑room environment.
• Experience with data analysis and detailed documentation.
