Clinical Sales Representative – Monarch Urology (Texas Plains)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to support the Monarch Urology platform across the Texas Plains territory (Texas, Louisiana, and South Mississippi). The role involves providing procedural support, education, and driving utilization of robotic‑assisted urology solutions in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical training, education, and responsive service.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Partner with Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to support business objectives and referral development.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for issue escalation and complaint reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or associate degree/medical certification with at least 5 years.
• Clinical, medical‑device technical, sales, or procedural support experience, preferably in urology, endourology, or surgical robotics.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the territory, including overnight trips, and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and clinical concepts to healthcare professionals.
