About the role
Rovia Clinical Research is seeking a compassionate Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. You will coordinate and execute clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, sponsor requirements, and internal SOPs while delivering a positive experience for participants.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate patient visits according to study protocols.
- Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, processing, and phlebotomy.
- Obtain and document informed consent accurately.
- Educate participants about the study and support their journey.
- Monitor subject safety, report adverse events, and escalate concerns.
- Enter source documentation and EDC data promptly and accurately.
- Resolve data queries and maintain data integrity.
- Manage investigational product accountability, storage, and handling.
- Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
- Collaborate with site staff and investigators to ensure protocol adherence and efficient visit flow.
Required profile
- Current RN or LPN licensure.
- Experience with phlebotomy and vital signs measurement.
- Ability to start work at 6:00 AM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism and commitment to patient confidentiality.
