Clinical Representative – Monarch Urology

About the role

The Clinical Representative will support the Monarch Urology platform across the Capital Corridor (SC, NC, VA, DC). You will provide in‑case procedural support, education and technical expertise to physicians, nurses and staff in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site procedural support and technical guidance for Monarch Urology cases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through training, education and responsive service.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events and customer education initiatives.
• Partner with sales leaders to support account development, referral growth and system utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant clinical, medical‑device or sales experience (or associate degree/medical certification with 5 years).
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics or a highly technical procedural specialty is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90 % of the time, including overnight trips, and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and clinical concepts to physicians and staff.

Required skills

• Robotic‑assisted urology system knowledge (Monarch platform).
• Medical device technical support and procedural expertise.
• Understanding of kidney‑stone treatment workflows and endoluminal/percutaneous techniques.
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and regulated environment requirements.
