Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

About the role

Join a nationally ranked children’s hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist in a 32‑bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). You will work a consistent weekday schedule, providing expert medication management for critically ill pediatric patients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical pharmacy programs aimed at improving patient care and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members on drug utilization and cost‑containment strategies.
• Participate in daily rounds, meetings, and other clinical activities to ensure optimal medication therapy.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy state licensure (must be obtained within 60 days of start date).
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• PALS certification required for pediatric practice.
