Clinical Instructor – School of Nursing (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Instructor to support the School of Nursing at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. This temporary, fixed‑term position will involve teaching nursing students in the clinical environment and ensuring they gain hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and supervision to nursing students during clinical rotations.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures, assess student performance, and offer constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with clinical sites to schedule student placements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and clinical activities.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure in Arkansas (or multi‑state).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Ability to work on‑site at the Monticello campus.
