About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Instructor to provide non‑student extra help in the School of Nursing at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. This temporary, fixed‑term position involves teaching nursing students in clinical settings and supporting their hands‑on learning experience.

Key responsibilities

Deliver clinical instruction to nursing students during practicum rotations.
Demonstrate nursing procedures and best practices in a real‑world healthcare environment.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with faculty to align clinical activities with curriculum objectives.

Required profile

Unencumbered RN licensure in Arkansas or multi‑state.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing.

Required skills

Clinical nursing expertise.
