Clinical Engagement Lead - West / Midwest

About the role

The Clinical Engagement Lead, US is a senior, field‑based professional who serves as the primary liaison between Beeline Medicines and its global clinical investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites. The role focuses on the West and Midwest territories, driving investigator engagement, site identification, and trial execution for the company’s immunology and inflammation (I&I) programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and research sites across the assigned territory.
• Identify and qualify new clinical sites to support the company’s trial portfolio.
• Facilitate investigator engagement and ensure smooth clinical trial execution.
• Provide field intelligence and feedback to internal Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Represent Beeline Medicines’ scientific portfolio with authority to external stakeholders.
• Travel regularly within the territory and attend company meetings or training as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level clinical development professional with extensive site‑facing experience.
• Deep knowledge of immunology and inflammation therapeutic areas.
• Proven relationship‑management skills with investigators and academic centers.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial operations and execution.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently across a large geographic region.
