About the role

Join UT Health Tyler as a full‑time, day‑shift Clinical Educator RN. You will lead educational initiatives that support high‑quality patient care and professional development across the hospital.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive plan of educational activities to enhance, promote, and maintain the standard of care within the hospital.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN.
Current Texas Registered Nurse license.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing.
Minimum two years of management or teaching experience.
Familiarity with the organization and functions of other hospital disciplines.
Minimum five years of acute‑care clinical experience.
