Clinical Associate RN – Senior Living

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Associate for its Wilmington, MA senior‑living office. This hybrid office‑field position blends direct client care with leadership responsibilities, offering a pathway toward future clinical management roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills while acting as a key clinical resource for office and field staff.
• Lead, coach, and mentor clinicians to deliver exceptional client care and outcomes.
• Partner with Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO to support operational excellence and staff coordination.
• Review and oversee clinical documentation for compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with office leadership on staffing decisions aligned with client needs.
• Support development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate client care, referrals, and case‑management activities while advocating for clients and families.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing field clinicians.
• Represent BAYADA in the community, including visits to physician offices and healthcare facilities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of RN experience in Home Health.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Aspiration to grow into clinical leadership or management.
• Desire to lead, inspire, coach, and mentor others.
• Strong knowledge of home‑health regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to balance direct patient care with leadership responsibilities.
