Clinic Manager – Pediatrics

About the role

The Clinic Manager coordinates daily staffing and business operations for our pediatric clinics. This role supports the development and execution of strategic plans, including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives, while ensuring patient satisfaction, safety, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations to maintain efficiency, safety, and high patient satisfaction.
• Lead staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinic and service‑line leaders to integrate care and enhance the patient experience.
• Standardize operational practices across clinics and monitor market trends for growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent two years of relevant experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience.
• At least two years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
