The College of Dentistry at Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Clinic Manager for its Oral Surgery department in Dallas. The role oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, financial performance, and compliance with university policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff and coordinate workflow across functional areas.
• Manage the daily clinic schedule and patient appointments.
• Oversee the revenue cycle, including EOB verification, treatment estimates, payment collection, posting, and payment plan setup.
• Audit patient records for completeness, insurance documentation, and chart accuracy.
• Maintain document retention protocols in line with A&M regulations.
• Track provider licensure, certification, and credentialing paperwork to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve patient experience.
