Client Success Manager – Provider Credentialing

About the role

Plutus Health Inc. is looking for a detail‑oriented Client Success Manager focused on provider credentialing. You will coordinate with an offshore team to deliver end‑to‑end credentialing services, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and timely onboarding for multiple healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing, re‑credentialing, and enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and the offshore team to meet SLAs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date provider profiles and track missing documentation.
• Engage payer enrollment departments by phone to accelerate applications.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, and work history.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support initiatives and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain credentialing trackers, support audits, and ensure HIPAA and payer‑specific compliance.
• Participate in credentialing meetings and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of U.S. provider credentialing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
