Client Success Manager (Medical Coding)

About the role

Plutus Health Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager with deep expertise in medical coding to lead client relationships, ensure coding compliance, and drive revenue cycle optimization for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling coding‑related inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and compliance audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee adherence to CPT, ICD‑10, HCPCS, and payer‑specific guidelines across multiple specialties.
• Perform coding audits, documentation reviews, and risk assessments to improve accuracy and reduce denial rates.
• Collaborate with billing, AR, and denial management teams to enhance clean claim submission and revenue recovery.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with operations, compliance, and technology teams to expand coding service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical coding, compliance audits, and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of payer policies, denial management, and regulatory requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
