Client Success Assistant

About the role

The Client Success Assistant supports the client management team at a design‑build construction firm, ensuring a smooth experience for clients from project start to finish. This full‑time position works closely with architects, designers, and the construction crew to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing regular project updates.
• Assist Client Success Managers with administrative and organisational tasks.
• Maintain and update client records, project documentation, and communication logs accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, architects, designers, and the construction team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client‑facing materials as needed.
• Support client onboarding by gathering and communicating necessary information.
• Help resolve client issues promptly and escalate when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
