Client Solutions Manager

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager joins Meta’s Global Business Group to act as a strategic partner for Fortune‑1000 advertisers. You will combine data‑driven insights with deep platform knowledge to guide media planning, strategy, and measurement, helping clients achieve measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a product and insights expert, designing marketing solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with key advertisers and agency partners across media, creative, and marketing functions.
• Manage a book of business, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through rigorous sales analysis.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow investment and uncover new business opportunities.
• Create custom analyses, develop narratives, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Design and oversee experimentation initiatives, track results, and recommend optimizations.
• Educate clients and agencies on Meta product solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to manage complex workstreams and resolve account issues.

Required profile

• Advanced experience turning raw data into actionable datasets and analyses.
• Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise insights.
• Track record of leveraging data to build business cases, drive learning plans, and increase revenue.
• Demonstrated success managing a book of business and delivering performance improvements.
