Client Service Associate

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its Americas Client Service team, supporting the Separately Managed Accounts business from either Seattle or New York. The role focuses on delivering white‑glove service to a diverse client base, including retail investors, broker‑dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new accounts, process change requests, and manage cash raises for RIA and broker‑dealer clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via team email, providing detailed portfolio and strategy information.
• Review and resolve reconciliation items such as delinked or negative cash accounts.
• Coordinate with custodians on service matters and generate required paperwork.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and support project execution for team initiatives.
• Collaborate across portfolio management, operations, trading, and distribution to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services, RIA, or broker‑dealer environment.
• Strong understanding of separately managed account structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple internal and external requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
