Client Relationship Manager (Aviation)

About the role

Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic and professional Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for aircraft owners at its Denver facilities. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, customer‑centric experience throughout maintenance events, routine flight operations, and any unexpected ownership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for aircraft maintenance events and coordinate action plans until resolution.
• Prepare and present cost estimates for customer approval.
• Represent Cutter Aviation at trade shows and networking events.
• Maintain and enhance the customer‑based maintenance experience.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with customers and their personnel.
• Communicate aircraft issues, propose solutions, and ensure exceptional service.
• Gather customer feedback, conduct surveys, and log data into CRM systems.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities such as STCs, avionics installations, and upgrades.
• Assist with work‑order reviews, authorizations, and final invoicing.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and service technicians.
