Client Relations Manager

About the role

An established law firm is looking for a Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary coordinator for designated client accounts. You will support Client Relationship Partners in delivering consistent, high‑quality service and act as a bridge between attorneys, business services, and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests, monitor account activity, and proactively identify service opportunities or risks.
• Maintain and report on client experience trends, matter information, and billing coordination.
• Partner cross‑functionally across departments to ensure compliance with outside‑counsel guidelines and budget reporting.
• Assist in the creation of client‑facing materials, presentations, reports, pitches, and proposals.

Required profile

• J.D. strongly preferred or an equivalent legal qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal role with client‑facing responsibilities; corporate practice experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
